IMPORTANT INFORMATION
**Upon receipt of shipment, you must inspect your product carefully for correct color, quality,
design, and yardage. Regardless of fault, all returns must be made within 10 days of shipment.
However, no products will be accepted for return if cut or already applied on finished product
even within the 10 day period**
Terms:
All orders are paid before shipment. You may request Net 15 by requesting terms and approved by credit check. If you are approved for Net 15, any balances over 15 days are subject to a service charge of 15% late penalty and your account will be changed to CBD.
Prices:
Prices and ship charges are subject to change without notice. All wholesale prices are net wholesale cut yardage. Shipping and handling are additional.
Minimums:
We have a 2 yard min. We also only sell in whole yards.
Customs:
15 yard mins on custom orders. $300 machine set up fee. 5/6 weeks lead time. Priced per yard at time of job. No claims or returns can be made on custom projects. All custom orders are paid in full at the time of approved confirmed order. All custom orders are non-refundable/non-returnable.
Reserves:
We have a 5 working day hold on reserves. Restocking Fee of 25% of approved returned products. Original ship charges are not refundable.
Sample Requests:
We do charge for samples. Our individual memo samples are $2.50 each plus shipping UPS/FedEx. You can supply your own shipping account for the shipping charge if you need. Our sample charges keep our per yardage pricing down for all products and all customers.
CFA’s:
We do not provide CFA’s. CFA’s will only be provided upon custom or special projects. We do provide samples with applicable sample and shipping charges.
Confirmed Orders:
Confirmed orders are orders received by email or phone call and have been entered in writing. You have 24 hours to cancel the order. After 24 hours, and/or once the
confirmed order has been cut or hand-tied and packaged for shipment, it would then become a return with a restocking fee of 25%.
Claims:
Regardless of fault, claims for labor charges will not be allowed under any circumstances. You must review carefully your package and product before it is applied and direct your workroom appropriately.
Returns:
No returns are permitted after 10 days of receipt. No returns on 10 yards or less even within the 10 days. Within the 10 day return period, you can return your approved return by filing a claim and processing your return with a claims form attached. All applicable returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, original shipping charges are not refundable.
Legal Notice
All notices from Fringe Market to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Fringe Market shall be made either by regular mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at: Fringe Market, 116 Lake Man Road, Eatonton, GA 31024. Shipping and Delivery
At this time, Fringe Market ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
